Manufacturing Capabilities

- Vacuum impregnation and encapsulation including varnish and epoxies (hum free)

- Corona free vacuum potting and curing plus autoclave with pressures to 500 psi up to 200°C curing

- Encapsulating from one ounce 1/2" cube to 500lb one foot cubes and larger

- CAD generated manufacturing specifications assures absolute repeatability for generations (called "Industries Best Specifications Package")

- All products are manufactured 100% in the USA

In-House Testing Facilities

All designs are verified and production runs qualified through extensive in-house qualification testing. Our capabilities include:

- Automated Test Equipment - to provide state-of-the-art magnetics testing

- Wayne Kerr Digital Bridges - for precise measurements - accuracy to 1/4 turn

- In-house Corona Tester (Hipotronics) - for testing of corona free high voltage units

- In-house Thermal Shock Testing - to develop high MTBF units by continuous sample stressing, monitoring, breakdown, analysis and improvement
